Meet Ann & Cameron.

A renowned chef couple cooking every dinner and every breakfast of the weekend — from long evening feasts to slow country mornings. Alumni of Nobu Sydney and the Four Seasons, brought in-house for our founding event.

The couple

Two chefs, one kitchen, all weekend.

Ann and Cameron are a partnership in every sense — married, and cooking side by side for over a decade. They've built their reputation in some of the most demanding kitchens in the country, and now they've agreed to bring that pedigree to something far more intimate.

For the founding Singles Weekend, they take over the estate kitchen entirely. Every dinner, every breakfast, every unhurried pot of coffee on the verandah — it all runs through them.

This isn't catering dropped off in trays. It's two accomplished chefs cooking for a small group in a country house, the way you'd want to be cooked for.

Great food is one of the easiest ways for a group of strangers to relax around a table. With Ann and Cameron in the kitchen, the food does a lot of the work of bringing everyone together.

That's exactly why we've put chefs of this calibre at the centre of the weekend rather than treating dinner as an afterthought. When the food is this good, nobody's in a hurry to leave the table.

Ann and Cameron know how to cook for a room that's meeting for the first time — generous, unpretentious, and warm. By Saturday night, the table won't feel like strangers anymore.
